Customized Home & Gym Workouts
Every client starts with a 12-week foundational program designed for both home and gym settings. These plans are fully adaptable—based on your consultation form and ongoing communication, I’ll modify exercises and workouts to match your equipment, needs, and goals.

Tailored to the Individual
No two people are the same. Whether you have injuries, health conditions, or unique limitations, your training will be adjusted to suit your body and capabilities. If needed, I’ll also recommend appropriate support from other professionals.

Goal Setting & Habit Coaching
We’ll work together to set clear, achievable goals. I’ll guide you through small, sustainable habit changes that build long-term success.

Ongoing Accountability & Support
Stay connected through 24/7 in-app messaging (including video messages). I personally respond to all inquiries—this isn’t a bot service. Expect daily check-ins, form reviews, and support whenever you need it. If I don’t know something, I’ll research it or refer you to the right expert.

Nutrition Guidance
While I don’t provide meal plans (those are for licensed dietitians), I can help calculate your daily calorie needs, recommend deficits for fat loss, track intake, and support healthy hydration and eating habits using meal selectors and tracking tools.
